The Google AdSense program is like finding money in the street.
Kids in High School are making thousands of dollars a month with Adsense... Housewives, Retiree's, Mom and Pop's who've never made a dime on the Internet have created full time incomes by simply placing AdSense Ads on their web site or blog.
Then you have the "Super AdSense" earners. We have all heard of them... the Elite few who are on track to make half a million dollars a year or more promoting AdSense sites.
Do not be mistaken though... these people are not building like your Mom and Pop's do. They have systems in place that create sites for them... people who build sites for them... they have outsourced and automated many of the tedious tasks such as posting to blogs and searching for keywords.
While most people cannot emulate everything these Super AdSense earners do... many of them you can.
Here are 7 Required Steps you can implement today to copy their success.
1) Starting today... treat your AdSense business like it is a REAL business and track what you do.
Begin tracking what you are doing that works... as well as what you are doing that does not work. This will keep you from making the same mistakes over and over, and you can repeat the steps that have worked in the past. As simple as this step seems... most people do not know the reason(s) to their success or failure.
2) Utilize the latest tools and software available.
The Super AdSense earners are not any smarter than your average person. I know many people think they are... but for the most part, they are regular non techie people.
They are smarter in one respect though... they use the latest tools available to them to automate most of the tasks involved with researching and creating sites. They use the latest keyword, site creation and search engine optimization tools available. The tools they use are their secret weapons.
3) Quit chasing the Mega Dollar keywords.
You cannot compete with the search engine experts who create sites for the $80 payout keywords. You may get lucky every now and then... but in the long run, you are better off building sites for the low to mid range payout keywords. The competition is less, and your chance of success is much higher over the long term.
4) Choose broad niches and break it down.
Choose a broad subject as your main theme (lets use computers for an example). From there... break it down into as many sub niches as possible.
Using Computers as the example... you could build sub niches/sites like laptop computers, computer hard drives, computer keyboards, etc, etc. You could literally build hundreds of sites around one major theme and stay totally focused. Once you have exhausted every possible sub niche of that major theme... choose another main theme and repeat the process.
5) KISS
Keep your sites easy to navigate and forget the fancy graphics that distract your visitors attention. Unless you are just building AdSense sites for the fun of it and to impress your friends... the purpose of having the site is to have people click on one of the ads, right? Then keep the site layout simple... dump the scrolling banners, dancing chickens and colored scroll bars... they are distractions.
6) What is the purpose of your web site?
Your web site cannot be everything to everybody. If you have a full fledged ecommerce site, with products for sale... links to other products, it is not a good site for AdSense. If the primary focus of the site is to sell products... let it do that.
Do not distract or confuse your visitor with to many options or choices. The best AdSense sites are AdSense only content sites that sell nothing. They are sites that "Tell"... not "Sell."
7) Be consistent.
This is not one of those deals where you build one site and you are done. Refer back to Step #4. You must continuously build in order to be successful.
Think of it as planting a crop that you will harvest in a month or two, and the sites you build are seeds. Once the seeds have grown and matured... you will reap the harvest. The more seeds you plant... the larger the harvest.
To sum it up... utilize the tools available to automate as much of the process of building sites - doing research and building keyword lists as you can. This alone will help keep you organized and on track. Be consistent in building... treat it like the business it is and you will reap the rewards of your harvest.

There is no where else that can offer you this amount of potential customers. PayPal is the most popular payment method accepted on eBay. They make payments fast and secure using either a credit/debit card, or your bank account. Once you have sold an item you can simply transfer the money from PayPal straight into your bank account.

Do your research.Do research on the tools that you will be selling. Since you will be selling these tools on eBay, it would be nice to know what they have been selling for recently. This will give you a better idea of what to list the tools for in order to be competitive, or to beat your competitors prices. Fortunately eBay makes this process very simple. Simply go to eBay.com, and next to the search box at the top of the page is a link for "Advanced Search". Click this link. In the box where it says, "Enter keyword or item number", type in the tool that you want to research. Below this box you will see an option for show completed listings only. Click this check box, and then click search. Now you will see a list of the items that match your search, their selling price, and whether or not they sold. Prices of items that sold are in green and bold, those that did not sell are red (including reserve not met auctions). If you see an item that sold for a higher amount than the same item, take note of the title of the listing. Perhaps the seller used better keywords, or described the item more clearly. It might be a good idea to list your item with the same, or similar title. It is worth it to note however, that you should not copy the description in the listing. This is against eBay's policies, and can get you banned from the site.

For example, you can purchase the Craftsman 239 piece mechanics tool set for $199.99. This translates to the price of each tool being roughly $0.84! If purchased seperately, the 1/2 inch drive ratchet alone costs $22.99. By purchasing it as a part of the set, you are saving $22.15 on this ratchet alone. You could list it on eBay for $12.00 and make a nice profit, while giving your buyers a great deal. You get $11.16 over your cost, and the buyer is saving $10.99 over going to Sears to buy the same ratchet.

Snap-OnFind a Matco Tools or Snap On dealer, or buy them through the websites. The best way to find a Snap On or Matco Tools franchisee is to visit a local shop near your home. You can ask a mechanic or the service writer who their Snap On and Matco Tools franchisees are. Most will be more than willing to provide you with their information, and what day they visit that shop. Give them a call, and ask them what time they will arrive at your local auto repair shop, and meet up with them. Don't feel like you are being a nuisance to them. They make their living selling tools, and you are a potential
customer . They will be happy to work with you. You have the option of purchasing tools outright, or setting up an account with them.

I pay $58.00 per week on this account. Without having an account with them I would most likely have to pay about half of that up front, and then pay over $100 per week on the balance. As you can see, having an account with them will allow you to purchase a lot more tools up front, and then pay them off over time. Note that with an account they do have a minimum purchase amount, usually around $300. This is due to the fact that they are using credit from your spending limit each time you make another purchase. It is not worth it for them to add to your credit account for you to make a $25 purchase. - Step 6
List your tools on eBay. Write a descriptive title with keywords that buyers would use when searching for your item. Be sure to include the brand name of the tool and exactly what it is. For example, "New Matco Tools 3/8" Drive Air Ratchet". This tells your buyers exactly what you are selling, and has keywords that they will be searching for such as, "Matco, Matco Tools, and Air Ratchet". You can list them with a starting bid of $0.99 and watch the bids start flying in, or list them with a set Buy It Now price. I would recommend listing with a starting bid of $0.99 as this attracts the most amount of people, and often results in a higher selling price. How to Choose the Best Key Words to Use on eBay Listings

Learn how to access your eBay Store Traffic reports. Follow these steps:

Log on to your eBay Store homepage.

At the bottom of the page on the right side, click "Seller Manage Store."

On the left hand column, almost near the bottom, you will see a section called REPORTS. Click on "Traffic Reports."
- Step 5
You will need to sign in with your eBay user name and password to access the Omniture Service. (Omniture is a web analytics tool that works in conjunction with eBay.)

One logged in to Omniture, on the left side, click "Finding Methods" and then "Keywords."
- Step 7
You will be able to see any searches on the internet (Google, Yahoo, other search engines) that resulted in a hit on one of your items. You can also look under "Finding Methods" under "Referring Domains" to see where your traffic is being referred from.
With this information, you can make educated decisions about what key words people are using to search for items that you are selling. You may want to alter or add key words to match what is being used on search engines to get more hits on your listings. - Step 8
Another way to research key words is to study completed listings. (See my article on How to Price an Item to Sell on eBay for the exact steps.) Study the completed listings that have sold and determine if those listings include words you are not using. For example, if you are selling diet products, you may want to include words like "weight loss, slimming, lose weight." Your title does not need to be a coherent sentence, but it should contain as many relevant key words as possible.

How to Choose High Paying KeyWords

First you want to choose a topic for your article. Many writers promoting keywords say to look at keyword lists to find topics to write about, however you will probably end up writing about things you are not interested in or do not have real knowledge of. Therefore, I think you first want to think about the topic and then maximize that topic rather then choosing topics solely based on the keyword.
- Step 2
Now that you have chosen your topic, you want to determine the key word of the topic. For example, if you wanted to write about how to quit smoking, smoking would be the keyword. From there, you want to generate a list of synonyms or other ways to say the same thing. You can also use a keyword tool to help you come up with other ways to say your topic.
- Step 3
Go to a page that allows you to analyze keywords. Google has a free tool that is part of Adwords (the link is in resources). Go the the keyword tool and enter your topic. A list will be generated of potential keywords and their search volume.
- Step 4
At the top of this list there will be a drop down menu that says "Choose Columns to Display." You want use that to add the Estimated Cost Per Click CPC" column. This will show you how much an advertise has to pay for those keywords. The higher the amount the more the advertisement is worth and the more money you will make when someone clicks on the ad.
- Step 5
Analyze the list to find a balance of a high paying keyword and a high search volume. It is important to balance both because you want to choose topics that a lot of people look for to make sure you have traffic.

Go back to the list you made in step 2 and try some of the other words you came up with. Choose the one that has the highest potential for earning money and generating traffic.
How to Find High Paying Keywords For Your Articles

Start by browsing to https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal this should take you to Google's adwords tool. This tool is used by advertisers to determine trends regarding search volume and average cost per click. The great thing about it is you can use it help you find topics on which to write on in addition to suggestions to high paying keywords that you can include in your article.

CLICK TO ENLARGEIn the picture to your left there is a field where you can enter a keyword or phrase. A keyword is a word that describes the topic or niche that you are going to write about where as a keyword phrase is a phrase that is related to the keyword and example would be the word "domain name" a keyword phrase can be "web hosting" or "website".

CLICK TO ENLARGEOnce you've put in your keyword or keyword phrase click on "Get keyword ideas" , this should populate keywords related to terms entered.

CLICK TO ENLARGEIn the lower bottom corner you there is a drop down box that allows you to include a column for the estimated CPC. Highlight that item and the screen should refresh with the CPC dollar amounts per each keyword.

CLICK TO ENLARGEOnce the results come back you can click on the blue links to auto sort from highest to lowest or vice versa, as you can see from this screen shot domain names are hot when it comes to CPC. Sprinkle them sparingly in your article and make sure that the keywords are relevant to your article title. Then sit back and let Google do the rest. I can promise you that all articles written this way make some kind of money.
How to Find High CPC Keywords by Brainstorming

Open up the Google Adwords Keyword Tool. There are lots of articles on the precise technical steps for using the tool on eHow and other sites so I will not go into that aspect. Make sure that you have the box checked for synonyms and that you show the column for estimated average CPC. You should also click on the column to arrange the CPC from highest to lowest.
- Step 2
Begin by typing in one of the words from your list of high paying CPC words. Let's use "mesothelioma" to start. You can see that this is a high CPC keyword. From here you can type in one of the synonyms such as "asbestos" which is found at the bottom under "additional keywords to consider". You can continue stringing together many words in this fashion.
- Step 3
Notice that many of the words related to mesothelioma are lawsuit related. Lawyers are willing to pay quite a bit for an ad click if that click leads to a client with a multi-million dollar lawsuit. Think of other legal terms that lawyers might be willing to pay for. Pay attention to the news for products that are the subject of litigation.
- Step 4
Think of other products or services that cost a lot of money or lead to long term clients for advertisers. Think about why someone might want to search the internet in order to make some sort of purchase. Type terms related to these areas in the Google Adwords Keyword Tool. It won't take long for you to get an idea of what general categories are valuable to advertisers and be able to narrow in on specific terms.
- Step 5
Finally, see what others are writing on the web and enter their contents URL in the search box. The Keyword Tool will search their content and find keywords related to the content on the page. This can give you additional ideas for finding keywords that pay well and ideas for articles as well. If others are taking the time to write on a topic, it might be because that topic pays well unless they are writing solely for enjoyment. At least it can help give you ideas if you get stuck.

According to Cyberwire ‘mesothelioma‘ is still the highest paying keyword on Google Adsense. Cyberwire has recently compiled a list of the top 230 highest paying Google AdSense terms. It appears that the highest paying terms are all centered around hiring a lawyer, refinancing your home, mortgages, and loans. These are the top 5 terms on their list:
$54.33 mesothelioma lawyers
$47.79 what is mesothelioma
$47.72 peritoneal mesothelioma
$47.25 consolidate loans
$47.16 refinancing mortgage
As you can see the top 3 terms all contain the keyword mesothelioma, personally I’ve never understood why ads on the malignant tumor pays so well. Surely high-powered tech companies would pay much more for exposure to their site than ‘mesothelioma lawyers’? I also find the CPC (cost per click) value of those terms very doubtful. The idea that anyone would pay almost $50 just for someone to click and visit their site seems extremely unlikely to me.
The people at Cyberwire claims to have used this tool to search for the current CPC for keywords. What really caught my attention was the way the profit-minded peeps at cyberwire link all of the terms on the list to news search results… along with some adsense ads on the page :P. I’d say that’s a pretty cunning ploy to get people to click on your ads that also happen to be related to the highest paying keywords.

Mesothelioma Symptoms
Symptoms of plueral mesothelioma (lining of the chest cavity) include:
- Cough
- Difficulty sleeping
- Fever
- Pain at the side of the chest or the lower back
- Pleural effusions (fluid in the chest cavity)
- Progressive loss of appetite and weight loss
- Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing

Symptoms of peritoneal mesothelioma (lining of the abdominal cavity) include:
- Belly Pain
- Nausea

If there is reason to suspect you might have mesothelioma, or some other ailment, the doctor will take your medical history and often do a complete physical exam. The exam can help tell if you have fluid in the chest, abdomen, or heart area. This fluid can be a sign of mesothelioma. Then one or more of the methods below can be utilize to determine out if you actually have cancer.
Imaging tests allow the doctor to see a picture of the area in question. These could include x-rays, CT scans (computed tomography), MRI (magnetic resonance imaging), or PET scans.

It is often hard to identify mesothelioma by looking only at the cells from the fluid around the lungs, stomach, or heart. So your doctor may want to do other tests as well. Sometimes an electron microscope is used to look at cells in greater detail.

Mesothelioma is a very serious disease and patients and their families should have the support and resources they need to better deal with their diagnosis. The following information should aid patients diagnosed with mesothelioma in determining the best course of treatment:
Traditional Treatments
Surgery
A mesothelioma treatment used either to remove the tumor or to alleviate pain and suffering. If the cancer is relatively contained, surgery can be used to remove part of the lining of the chest or abdomen. The objective is to remove the cancer cells from the body by removing the tissues with large numbers of cancer cells. If the cancer has spread to several organs, it is impossible to remove all of the tissue infected with cancer. In this case, surgery can only be used to relieve pain and suffering. Types of surgeries incude:
Pneumonectomy - An aggressive surgery in which a lung is removed. It can be performed in two ways:
Traditional Pneumonectomy - Only the disease lung is removed.
Extrapleural Pneumonectomy - When the diseased lung, along with part of the pericardium, part of the diaphragm and the parietal pleura on the same side of the chest is removed.
Palliative Procedures - The goal of these procedures is not to cure the disease, but rather to relieve and/or control symptoms associated with mesothelioma:
Thoracentesis - A procedure where a needle is inserted into the chest cavity either to obtain a diagnosis or to drain the fluid to relieve breathlessness and pain.
Pleurectomy/Decortication - The surgical removal of the pleura which is performed to reduce pain caused by tumor mass or to prevent the recurrence of pleural effusion.
Chemotherapy
This treatment consists of using drugs to treat the cancer. The drugs can be swallowed in pill form or can be injected by a needle into a vein or muscle. Most of the drugs used in the treatment of lung cancer either directly kill cancer cells or stop them from dividing into new cells. The drug enters the bloodstream and circulates throughout the body to reach and destroy the cancer cells. Chemotherapy targets the entire body and can kill normal cells as well as the diseased cells, causing severe side effects.
Chemotherapy can be used in combination with a variety of drugs to increase the total effect and is often used in combination with other treatments, especially surgery.
Side effects can be wide ranged and include nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, loss of hair, fatigue, constipation, coughing, decreased appetite and mouth sores. These side effects can be treated and they will usually cease after the treatment has ended.
Radiation
Radiation therapy is the use of high level radiation to kill cancer cells in a localized area. The radiation injures the cancer cells so they cannot divide or multiply further. With each treatment, more of the cells die and the tumor shrinks. The dead cells are broken down and excreted by the body. Most of the healthy cells are able to recover from this injury, but the damage to them is the cause for the side effects of radiation therapy.
Radiation may be used before surgery to shrink the tumor, after surgery to prevent the cancer from coming back, to prevent the growth of cancer, to treat symptoms, and also in combination with chemotherapy. Radiation therapy is sometimes used as the main treatment of Mesothelioma, especially patients whose general health is too poor to undergo surgery.
Side effects of radiation can be severe. They can include: fatigue, hair loss, skin irritation, nausea, and difficulty breathing.
The process of contacting your doctor in the off office hours needs to be simple and accessible. Experimental Mesothelioma Treatments
Gene therapy
An experimental medical intervention that involves altering the patient’s genetic material of living cells to fight or prevent disease. Many different strategies are currently under study.
Immunotherapy
An experimental therapy that uses the body’s natural defenses to fight cancer. This can include stimulating your own immune system to work harder, or using an outside source, such as man-made immune system proteins. Immunotherapy is usually used in conjunction with another type of therapy.
Photodynamic Therapy
An experimental treatment which combines a photosensitizing agent (a drug activated by light) with a light source to destroy cancer cells. The theory is that the photosensitizing agent collects more readily in cancer cells than in normal cells. Thus, when the agent is subsequently exposed to light, it reacts with oxygen to create chemicals that can kill the cancer cells.
